Blinking LED - Communication Issue or Standby
A blinking status LED can indicate various states, including communication problems with the vehicle or the network, or simply that the charger is in standby and ready.
Blue LED - Wi-Fi connection established
A blue status LED indicates that the charger has successfully connected to your Wi-Fi network.
Charger not found via Bluetooth - Connection issue
The charger does not appear in Bluetooth settings or scanner apps, indicating a problem with its Bluetooth communication.
Dark blue (pulsing) LED — Scheduled charge
A pulsing dark blue light indicates that a charging schedule has been set by the user. The charger will wait until the scheduled time to begin charging.
Green LED - Ready to charge
A solid green light on the status LED means the charger is powered on, connected, and ready to start a charging session.
Grey charger image in app — Not connected to your charger
If the charger image in the myWallbox app appears grey, it means your mobile device is not currently connected to the charger. You will need to re-establish the connection.
LD201 Blinking - RPi Module Issue
The LD201 LED blinking indicates a problem with the Raspberry Pi (RPi) module within the charger.
LD301 Blinking - RPi-MCU Communication Error
The LD301 LED blinking on the Carrier board indicates a communication issue between the Raspberry Pi (RPi) and the Microcontroller Unit (MCU).
LD302 Blinking or Solid - Control LED Error
The LD302 LED on the Carrier board indicates an error in the control module. Its state (blinking or solid) can provide specific diagnostic information.
LD303 Blinking - Heartbeat Signal Lost
A blinking LD303 LED on the Carrier board suggests that the heartbeat signal, crucial for system operation, is not being transmitted or received correctly.
LD1302 Blinking - Power Meter Feedback Error
A blinking LD1302 LED on the Carrier board signifies an issue with the feedback signal from the power meter.
LED Off - Charger is not receiving power
The status LED on the Wallbox Pulsar Plus is completely off. This indicates the charger is not powered on or receiving electricity.
Light blue (pulsing) LED — Charging is in progress
A pulsing light blue (turquoise) light signifies that the vehicle is connected and charging is actively in progress. This is the normal status during a charging session.
Light blue LED — Charger is ready to use
A solid light blue (turquoise) color indicates that the charger is powered on and ready to start a charging session. No EV is currently connected.
No noise or buzzing - Normal Operation
The absence of any unusual noise or buzzing from the Wallbox Pulsar Plus is normal during operation. Unusual sounds may indicate a problem.
Orange LED - Standby / Awaiting Authentication
An orange status LED typically signifies that the charger is in standby mode and may be waiting for user authentication before starting a charge, or is in a specific configuration state.
Red LED - Error or Fault Detected
A solid red light on the status LED indicates a general error or fault condition with the charger.
Turquoise LED - Software Update in Progress
A turquoise status LED indicates that the charger's firmware is currently being updated.
Cannot sync with Wallbox App - App or Network issue
You are unable to connect or synchronize the charger with the Wallbox mobile application. This could be due to network, app, or charger communication problems.
Yellow LED - Charging in progress
A yellow status LED indicates that the charger is actively delivering power to the connected vehicle.
