What does E7 mean?

The burner is in fault mode because the ionization current detected during calibration is too low. A low ionization current can mean the flame is not strong enough or not being properly detected.

    Check the ionization electrode: verify its distance to the burner gauze assembly and check for contamination.

    Inspect the connecting lead and plug-in connections for the ionization electrode for any looseness or damage.

    Check the flue system and remedy any flue gas recirculation if detected.

    Press the reset button R on your boiler.
