What does Solid red LED mean?

A solid red LED on the inverter/charger indicates a more critical system error or that the unit has shut down.

• Internal system fault.
• Overload condition.
• Communication loss with other system components.
• Overheating.

   Check the system status on the CCGX or VRM Portal for specific error codes or messages.

   Verify that the unit is not overheating and has adequate ventilation.

   Restart the system by turning off the AC input and DC input, waiting 30 seconds, and then turning them back on in the correct order (DC first, then AC).
