What does Grid-Timeout, Grid-Fault-S mean?

The Sunny Boy could not detect the type of AC grid it is connected to (e.g., 208V, 240V, or 277V). This is a disturbance message.

• General grid detection issue.

   If you are connecting to a 277V grid, check if the cables for L1 and N (neutral) are in the correct positions.

   Verify all AC connections between the Sunny Boy and the grid are secure and correctly wired.

   Perform a system power cycle: turn off DC, then AC, wait a few minutes, then turn on AC, then DC.
