    Do not interrupt the power supply to the charging station during the firmware update.

    Wait for the update to finish. The LED will change to a solid green when ready.

    If the LED continues blinking green for an unusually long time (over an hour), check the Wiser Home app for any update status or errors.

    Ensure the charging station has a stable internet connection.
