Compressor not operating - Refrigerator not cooling

What does Compressor not operating mean?

The compressor may not operate due to several reasons, including a delay after satisfying temperature, during defrosting, or sensing low temperature without connected Refrigerator/freezer sensors. If the compressor fails to start even with manual operation, there could be an electrical issue.

• 5-minute delay after satisfying target temperature.
• Refrigerator is in defrosting cycle.
• Low temperature sensing without connected Refrigerator/freezer sensors.
• Faulty COMP ASS'Y (Compressor Assembly).
• Cold solder joint or PCB issue.

   Wait at least 5 minutes, as the compressor may be in a delay state.

   Check if the Refrigerator is currently in a defrost cycle (compressor will not operate during defrost).

   Try to activate the compressor using the manual operation function (test mode).

   If manual operation does not start the compressor, recheck the CN72 connector for bad contact.
