After a power outage, the Refrigerator displays a flashing '5 E' error code. While the Refrigerator and freezer sections seem to be cooling and water dispenses, the ice maker is not functioning.

Unplug the Refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, then plug it back in to reset the system.
Check the ice maker's power switch or reset button (if available on your model) and ensure it's in the 'on' position.
Verify that the ice maker arm is in the 'down' or 'on' position and not stuck up.
Ensure the water supply line to the ice maker is not frozen or kinked, preventing water flow.
