U2 (1102) - Compressor temperature trouble

What does U2 mean?

The system has detected an issue with the compressor's temperature, which could indicate overheating or a sensor fault. The Mitsubishi Electric PUMY Air Conditioner system will automatically cease operating.

• Compressor overheating due to heavy load or poor ventilation
• Faulty compressor temperature sensor (thermistor)
• Restricted airflow around the outdoor unit

   Note the error code displayed on the remote controller or outdoor unit.

   Ensure there are no obstructions (like leaves or debris) around the outdoor unit that could block airflow.
