Ed (0403) - Serial communication error (Outdoor unit)

What does Ed mean?

The outdoor unit's multi-controller or power circuit board is experiencing a communication error. This error will cause the Mitsubishi Electric PUMY Air Conditioner system to stop operating.

• Serial communication fault between outdoor unit components
• Issue with the outdoor multi-controller circuit board
• Communication trouble on the power circuit board

   Note the error code displayed on the remote controller or outdoor unit LED.

   Power off the Mitsubishi Electric PUMY Air Conditioner system at the main electrical breaker.

   Wait for at least 30 seconds, then restore power to the system.
