5300 - Primary current abnormality

What does 5300 mean?

An abnormality has been detected in the primary electrical current of the system. This will cause the air conditioning system to automatically stop operating. This error code may be related to delay code 4310.

• Issues with the main power supply.
• Internal wiring problems.
• Malfunction of current detection components.

   Note the 5300 code displayed on your remote controller or the outdoor unit's LED.

   Check the main circuit breaker for the air conditioning system and ensure it is not tripped.

   Turn off the main power supply to the outdoor unit at the circuit breaker, wait for 1 minute, then turn it back on.

   If the error persists, contact a qualified service technician to check the power supply and current circuits.
