2503 - Drain sensor abnormality

What does 2503 mean?

An abnormality has been detected with the drain sensor, which monitors water levels in the drain pan. This will cause the air conditioning system to automatically stop operating.

• Faulty drain sensor.
• Loose or damaged connection to the drain sensor.
• An actual drain overflow situation that triggered the sensor incorrectly.

   Note the 2503 code displayed on your remote controller or the outdoor unit's LED.

   Turn off the main power supply to the outdoor unit at the circuit breaker.

   Wait at least 1 minute after LED1 and LED2 on the outdoor circuit board go out, then turn the main power supply back on.

   If the error persists, contact a qualified service technician to inspect and test the drain sensor.
