What does 2502 mean?

The system's drain overflow protection has been triggered, indicating a problem with water drainage. This causes the air conditioning system to automatically stop operating.

   Note the 2502 code displayed on your remote controller or the outdoor unit's LED.

   Turn off the main power supply to the outdoor unit at the circuit breaker.

   Check the indoor unit's drain pan for excess water and inspect the drain line for any visible blockages, kinks, or debris.

   Wait at least 1 minute after LED1 and LED2 on the outdoor circuit board go out, then turn the main power supply back on.
