The orange ERR LED on the Wi-Fi interface indicates a problem with the network connection or communication. The system may not be able to connect to the MELCloud service.

Check your router to ensure it is powered on and functioning correctly.
Verify that your router supports WPA2-AES encryption for the Wi-Fi connection.
Hold down the RESET switch on the Wi-Fi interface for 2 seconds to reboot it.
If the error persists, hold down the RESET switch for 14 seconds to initialize the Wi-Fi interface to factory default settings, then re-setup the connection.
Ensure you have accepted the terms and conditions of the MELCloud Wi-Fi service.
