This means the Miele@mobile App may not be able to operate the machine remotely or show its current operating status. Other wireless devices in your home, like microwave ovens, can interfere with the signal.

Check the WiFi signal strength at the washing machine's final installation location using a mobile device.
Try to minimize interference by ensuring other wireless appliances are not operating close to the washing machine when connecting.
Verify the Miele@home service availability for your country by visiting www.miele.com.
Ensure the Miele@mobile App is updated to the latest version and your Miele user account is correctly set up and logged in.
Reset your home WiFi router and then attempt to reconnect the washing machine through the Miele@mobile App.
