Drum lighting does not come on — Automatic switch-off or faulty

What does Drum lighting off mean?

The interior drum lighting is not illuminated. This could be due to automatic switch-off after a period of inactivity or a fault with the lighting itself.

• The drum lighting goes out automatically after 5 minutes.
• The drum lighting is faulty.

   Open the pull-down menu from the overview menu and then touch the  sensor control to activate the drum lighting.

   If activating manually doesn't work, ensure the machine has power.

   If the lighting still does not come on, contact the Miele Customer Service Department.
