What does Humming noises mean?

The dryer produces a humming sound during its operation. This is a normal functional noise and does not indicate a fault. It can be heard when the compressor (heat pump) or the condensed water pump is working, or when the 'Steam smoothing' programme is active.

• Normal operation of the dryer's compressor (heat pump).
• Normal operation of the condensed water pump.
• The 'Steam smoothing' programme is currently running.
