What does Drum lighting off mean?

The drum lighting does not illuminate. This can be due to energy-saving features (lighting goes out automatically) or, less commonly, a fault with the light itself.

• Drum lighting goes out automatically after a set time or after the programme starts to save energy.
• The drum lighting is faulty.

   Switch the dryer off and then on again.

   Open the door of the tumble dryer; the drum lighting should come on.

   If the drum lighting still does not come on after these steps, contact the Miele Customer Service Department.
