What does Heavy and Rinse LED mean?

Both the Heavy and Rinse LEDs are lit on the badge panel, indicating that the dishwasher is not receiving water.

• Water tap supplying the dishwasher is turned off
• Inlet hose is kinked, blocked, or frozen
• Faulty water inlet valve
• Low water pressure in the home
