F12 - Communications failure between boards (Indesit WIDL Washer Dryers)

What does F12 mean?

There is a communication error between the two main electronic control boards within the washer dryer, preventing proper coordination of functions.

• Loose connection between control boards
• Faulty control board(s)
• Wiring damage between modules
• Faulty earth connection leading to false errors

   Turn off the washer dryer's power supply at the wall socket or circuit breaker.

   Restore power and attempt to select a program.
