What does Water inlet fault mean?

The dishwasher stops shortly after starting or during a program, an alarm tone sounds, and the water inlet/drainage indicator light flashes. The display shows '1.' and '2.5.0' alternately, or 'F12' or 'F13'. This indicates an issue with the water inlet.

Common Causes

  • The stopcock (water supply valve) is closed or not fully open.
  • The water inlet is restricted.
  • The filter in the water inlet is dirty.
  • Water connection pressure is lower than 50 kPa.
  • On-site water drainage connection is too low and needs venting.
