What does CHILD LOCK mean?

The Child Lock feature prevents unintended use of the washer. To activate or deactivate, press and hold the PRE WASH button for 3 seconds. When Child Lock is set, only the Power button is active.

   When Child lock is set, CHILD LOCK lights and all buttons are disabled except the Power button.
