CHILD LOCK

CHILD LOCK active – Controls locked

The Child Lock feature prevents unintended use of the washer. To activate or deactivate, press and hold the PRE WASH button for 3 seconds. When Child Lock is set, only the Power button is active.

DOOR LOCKED

DOOR LOCKED light – Door is locked

This light indicates the door is locked. The door can be unlocked by pressing the Start/Pause button to stop the washer. The door cannot be unlocked if the water temperature or level is too high.

E

E message – Water not entering

The letter 'E' will blink on the control panel when water does not enter the dispenser. This can happen if the water inlet filter is clogged.

FE

FE Error - Water overfilling

This error indicates that the water is overfilling, likely due to a faulty water valve. Close the water tap, unplug the power cord, and call for service.

IE

IE Error - Water not entering or entering slowly

This error indicates a problem with the water supply. It may be inadequate in the area, the tap may not be fully open, the inlet hose may be bent, or the inlet hose filter may be clogged.

LE

LE Error - Motor overload

This error indicates the motor is overloaded. Try restarting the cycle after 30 minutes. If the error persists, call for service.

NO POWER

No Power — Machine does not turn on

The washing machine shows no signs of power when you try to turn it on. Check basic power connections and household circuit protection first.

OE

OE Error - Water not draining or draining slowly

This error code indicates an issue with the draining process. The drain hose might be bent or clogged, or the drain filter could be clogged.

Rattling and clanking noise

Rattling and clanking noise – Foreign object in drum or pump

This noise may be caused by foreign objects like coins or safety pins in the drum or pump.

UE

UE Error - Load is too small or out of balance

This indicates that the load is too small or out of balance. The washing machine has a system to detect and correct imbalance. If heavy individual items are loaded, the machine may stop after several attempts to restart the spin cycle.

Vibrating noise

Vibrating noise – Transit bolts not removed, load uneven, or feet not level
