Double horizontal lines shown on the seven-segment display of an air handler, integrated furnace, or outdoor control indicate that the control has been put into a soft disable mode. This usually happens when the system detects an unknown or unconfigured device.

Confirm all wiring between devices, including the thermostat and Smart Hub, is secure.
Cycle power to the Lennox system by turning it off at the breaker for 30 seconds, then back on.
Navigate to the thermostat menu: > settings > advanced settings > view dealer control center.
Select 'Equipment', then 'Reset', then 'Re-configure system' and confirm.
