    Turn off the oven power at the circuit breaker, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.

    Remove the meat probe if it is currently connected to the oven.

    Enter Diagnostics mode by pressing CANCEL>CANCEL>START, then press the 3 or 6 keypad to scroll to the Faults screen and verify the E3 error code.

    If the error persists or reappears after removing the probe and cycling power, try replacing the meat probe with a new one.

  5. 5

    Clear the error codes from the Diagnostics Menu by pressing CLOCK/TOOLS, then START, if the issue is resolved.
