What does E1 mean?

This error indicates that one or more keys on the oven's control panel keypad are either stuck in a pressed position or have an internal electrical short, which can lead to unintended commands or prevent operations.

    Turn off the oven power at the circuit breaker, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.

    Carefully inspect all keypad buttons for any that appear to be stuck or are not returning to their original position.

    Gently press and release each button on the keypad to ensure they move freely and are not jammed.

    Enter Diagnostics mode by pressing CANCEL>CANCEL>START, then press the 3 or 6 keypad to scroll to the Faults screen and verify the E1 error code.

    Clear the error codes from the Diagnostics Menu by pressing CLOCK/TOOLS, then START.

    If the error persists or immediately returns, the keypad or user interface may need replacement by a service technician.
