What does Insufficient foam / Milk sprays mean?

When preparing milk, either the amount of foam is insufficient, or milk sprays erratically from the fine foam frother. This usually indicates that the frother is dirty or clogged.

   Clean the fine foam frother daily, as described in Chapter 5 'Maintenance – Cleaning the fine foam frother'.

   Dismantle the fine foam frother and rinse all its individual parts thoroughly with warm water.

   Ensure all air intake holes and milk channels on the frother are completely clear and unobstructed.
