Flashing DOOR indicator and repeated beeping - Door not closed properly

What does Flashing DOOR / 5 beeps mean?

If the door is not closed securely prior to starting a program, the door lock will make approximately 5 'clunk' noises, and the display will show a flashing 'DOOR' message, accompanied by an audible beep every 5 seconds.

• Obstruction in the door seal or lock mechanism
• Faulty door switch

   Open the door and check for any laundry items or obstructions preventing it from closing fully.

   Firmly push the door closed until you hear it latch securely.

   Press the START / PAUSE button to commence the cycle.

   If the issue persists after re-closing the door, switch off the machine, wait a minute, then restart and try again.
