F02 - Motor jammed or speed sensor issue

What does F02 mean?

This error suggests that the motor might be obstructed, preventing it from turning, or that its speed sensor (tacho) is not connected or working correctly. The drum may not rotate.

Common Causes

  • Object blocking the drum or motor
  • Motor malfunction
  • Detached or faulty tacho sensor
  • Loose electrical connections to the motor or module
