F10 - Water level sensor not detecting water

What does F10 mean?

This error means the pressure switch is not able to detect any water level changes, which can prevent the machine from filling or progressing through its cycle.

Common Causes

  • Faulty pressure switch
  • Blocked air trap or hose to the pressure switch
  • Loose electrical connections to the switch
  • Insufficient water supply

    Switch off the machine and unplug it from the wall.

    Check that the water taps supplying the machine are fully open.

    Verify that the water inlet hoses are not kinked or blocked.

    Wait for 30 seconds, then plug the machine back in and try to start a new program.

    If the problem persists, contact service to check the pressure switch and its connections.
