What does SOUND OFF mean?

The display shows 'SOUND OFF', meaning the acoustic signal (buzzer) for alerts and button presses has been turned off.

• Buzzer was intentionally deactivated by the user.
• Buzzer was accidentally deactivated by long-pressing the OPTION button.
