E5 - Drainage error (Water not fully drained)

What does E5 mean?

The Washing Machine has failed to drain all the water within the expected time frame.

• Drain hose is blocked.
• Pump filter is blocked.
• Drain hose is incorrectly positioned (too high or kinked).

   Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked and clear any obstructions.

   Clean the pump filter as described in the maintenance section of the manual.

   Ensure the drain hose is installed at the correct height, between 80 cm and 100 cm above floor level.
