What does Red LED flashes mean?

The red LED on the pump's operating panel is flashing. This signals that a critical alarm has been detected, indicating a fault that prevents the pump from operating properly.

Common Causes

  • Various critical faults such as a blocked motor (code 51).
  • Serious internal fault (codes 72, 76, 85).
  • Dry running (code 57).
  • Overvoltage (code 74) or undervoltage (codes 40, 75).

    Connect to the Grundfos GO Remote app via Bluetooth.

    Tap 'Grundfos Eye' or open the 'Alarms and warnings' menu in the app to read the specific alarm code and description.

    Follow the recommended remedy for the specific alarm shown in the app to address the underlying cause.

  4. 4

    Tap the 'Reset alarm' button in the app once the fault is corrected. Note that simply turning the power off and on again will not reset the alarm.
