Not operating - A fuse in the installation is blown

What does Blown fuse mean?

The pump is not receiving power and is consequently not operating because a fuse in the electrical installation has blown.

• Overcurrent in the electrical circuit connected to the pump.
• A short circuit in the pump or wiring.
• The fuse has reached the end of its lifespan or is undersized.

   Switch off the main power supply to the pump's circuit at the consumer unit or fuse box.

   Locate the fuse box for your installation and identify the blown fuse (often with a visible break or blackening).

   Replace the blown fuse with a new one of the exact same type and current rating.

   Restore power to the circuit and check if the pump starts operating normally.
