Code 35 — Air in media (Grundfos GO only)

What does 35 mean?

This fault is not shown on the pump's operating panel but is logged and can only be seen in the Grundfos GO app. It indicates that there is air present in the pump and/or the system.

   Vent the pump and the system using the Grundfos GO app by selecting 'Vent pump (15 minutes)' in the 'Settings' menu.

   If air in media warnings persist after venting, investigate the system for possible leakages.

   Ensure the system is properly filled and primed to prevent air ingress.

   Reset the warning logs in Grundfos GO once the issue is resolved.
