E9 / Code 25 — Incorrect PWM configuration

What does 25 mean?

The warning and alarm symbol flashes yellow, and the pump continues to run. This means the pump is receiving a signal via the PWM input, but the PWM configuration is either missing or incomplete.

Common Causes

  • The PWM configuration is missing or not finished.
  • The pump is not set to externally controlled (PWM mode).

    Ensure the pump is correctly set to externally controlled (PWM mode).

    Finalise the PWM configuration via the 'Settings' menu in the Grundfos GO app.

  3. 3

    If the pump is a replacement, use the 'GO Replace' tool to replicate the configuration of the pump it replaced.

  4. 4

    Reset the warning via Grundfos GO once configuration is complete.
