What does LED2 9 Flashes, LED1 8 Flashes mean?

This indicates a problem with the fan motor 2 in the outdoor unit (if equipped with two fans). The outdoor unit may also show '17 Flashes' for a fan motor (2) error (permanent stoppage) after pressing the ENTER switch.
