Error 10 - Outdoor sensor fault

What does 10 mean?

The user interface displays '10: Outdoor sensor', indicating an issue with the outdoor temperature sensor (Location: BX4 (X84)). This error typically triggers an automatic reset.

• Faulty outdoor temperature sensor.
• Damaged or loose wiring to the outdoor sensor.
• Sensor is obstructed or installed improperly, affecting readings.

   Turn off the main power supply to the heat pump for 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
