What does LED2 7 Flashes, LED1 4 Flashes mean?

This indicates a problem with the outdoor temperature thermistor, which measures the ambient air temperature. The outdoor unit may also show '7 Flashes' for an outdoor temperature thermistor error after pressing the ENTER switch.

• Faulty outdoor thermistor sensor.
• Loose or damaged wiring to the thermistor.
• Sensor location exposed to direct sunlight or other heat sources/obstructions.

   Turn off the main power supply to the heat pump for 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
