What does 127 mean?

The user interface displays '127: Anti-legionella temperature', indicating that the system failed to reach or maintain the required temperature for anti-legionella protection in the DHW tank. This error typically triggers an automatic reset.

• Insufficient heating capacity to reach target temperature within the allowed time.
• Faulty temperature sensor in the DHW tank.
• System operating under heavy load preventing temperature rise.

   Turn off the main power supply to the heat pump for 30 seconds, then turn it back on.

   Ensure the heat pump is operating efficiently and water flow is adequate to the DHW tank.
