Error 11 — Serial communication error (Indoor unit not sending signal)

What does 11 mean?

This error indicates that the outdoor unit is not properly receiving the serial signal from the indoor unit for 10 seconds or more. The outdoor unit shows no indication.

• Connection failure between indoor and outdoor units
• External interference like noise or harmonic waves
• Indoor unit Controller PCB failure

   Reset the power supply to the air conditioner and observe if the error reappears.

   Check for any external causes of noise, such as neon lights or electronic equipment, near the power cable, and ensure proper grounding insulation.
