What does 13 mean?

The Fronius Solar Inverter has detected an incorrect configuration within its fieldbus communication system. This is indicated by LEDs 1, 2, 4, 8, and the State LED all lighting up steady red, with LEDs 1, 4, and 8 specifically illuminated for the binary code.
