What does 10 mean?

The Fronius Solar Inverter has detected a general error within its fieldbus communication system. This is indicated by LEDs 1, 2, 4, 8, and the State LED all lighting up steady red, with LEDs 2 and 8 specifically illuminated for the binary code.
