¿Qué significa Excessive Supply Air Temp ?

This alarm triggers when the supply air temperature exceeds the set heating or cooling limit. This can occur if the Supply Air Heating Limit or Supply Air Cooling Limit is enabled.

• Faulty Supply Air Temperature (SAT) sensor
• Airflow issues (dirty filters, blocked dampers)
• Incorrect system balancing
• VAV boxes not open enough during warm-up or occupied heat

   Check the SAT reading on the SEC controller, Map Gateway, or building automation system.

   Compare the unit's SAT reading with a separate temperature meter to check sensor accuracy.

   Check that all filters are clean and there are no blockages or closed dampers.

   Verify return static pressure is 0.2 in. w.c. or less and total static pressure is within the operating range.

   Ensure the unit is balanced for 350-450 cfm per ton.

   If VAV system, confirm VAV boxes are adequately open during warm-up or occupied heat.
