The QR code sticker containing the Wi-Fi access point password needed for configuration has been lost. This password is required to connect the eSetup application.

• The sticker containing the Wi-Fi password has been removed or damaged.
• The password was not recorded during installation.

   Carefully remove the front cover of the charging station.

   The Wi-Fi access point password can be found inside the product.

   If you are uncomfortable opening the unit, contact an authorized installer or Schneider Electric support.
