The Wiser Home app displays 'Algorithm is currently unavailable' in the Live tab, indicating the charging station is offline or experiencing a technical problem.

• The charging station has lost its internet or Wi-Fi connection.
• A temporary technical issue with the charging station or the Wiser Home backend.
• The charging station's power has been interrupted.
