What does Water not draining mean?

The washer tub may not drain, or drain slowly, if the drain hose is obstructed, kinked, or improperly positioned. Clogged house drain pipes can also prevent proper drainage.

Common Causes

  • Drain hose is kinked or clogged
  • Drain hose standpipe is too tall (maximum 8 feet / 2.4 m)
  • House drain pipes are clogged
