What does Water does not drain mean?

Water remains in the washer drum or drains very slowly after a cycle. This often indicates an obstruction in the drain hose or house plumbing, or incorrect standpipe height.

• Drain hose is kinked or clogged
• Drain hose standpipe is too tall (maximum 8 ft / 2.4 m)
• House drain pipes are clogged
