What does Washer does not start mean?

If the washer fails to start, several factors could be at play, including power issues, an open door, a paused cycle, unopen water supply, or an overheated motor.

• Electrical power cord not plugged in or loose connection
• House fuse blown, circuit breaker tripped, or power outage
• Start/Pause button not recognized (for touch screen consoles)
• Water supply faucets are not turned on
• Motor is overheated (motor stops if overheated)
• Door is open (unit will not operate with door open)
• Light next to Start/Pause button is flashing, indicating unit is paused

   Ensure the power cord is plugged in tightly to the wall outlet.

   Check your home's circuit breaker or fuse box; reset the breaker or replace the fuse (do not increase fuse capacity).
