What does Indicator '---' (door lock) + flashing running phase indicator mean?

If a programme finishes but the water has not been fully drained (e.g., due to a 'Rinse Hold' option), the door lock indicator will remain on, the running phase indicator will flash, and the display might show other indicators related to the unfinished draining or rinsing phase.
