The cooktop's cooling fan is not starting when a cooking phase is set above level 0, which can lead to overheating of internal components.

When setting a cooking phase above 0, the fan should run at a slow speed; if not, check the fan for foreign objects and remove them where appropriate.
If the fan is clear of obstructions but still not operating, replace the fan if necessary.
If the problem persists after checking/replacing the fan, replace the Filter Circuit Board.
